Current Chaplains

He served for 20 + years in the US Army. After that he was an Officer with the Russellville Police Department. He serves as the lead Chaplain with C&SM in Yell County AR.

Tom is the C&SM lead Chaplain in Johnson County AR overseeing our ministries there. He has served as Pastor for many years and is now the Pastor of Second Baptist Church in Clarksville AR.

Howard has been with C&SM for many years now. He serves as the lead pastor at Crow Mountain Baptist Church and was for former Associational Missionary for the Arkansas River Valley Baptist Association.

He serves as Vice President of C&SM. He works with area homeless providing a wide range of services to them. One of his unique ministries is serving our local hospital as the designated Chaplain for the Mental Health Unit.

Paul started his pastoral ministry in 1978. He is the founder and Senior Chaplain of C&SM. Paul has been in Chaplaincy Ministry in the Arkansas River Valley area since 1987. He has also served as a Disaster Response Chaplain all over the United States.

Jill serves in Logan Co. as a Chaplain to the Emergency Service Agencies. She has been in Pastoral ministry for many years. Jill is also involved in many outreaches to the community at large.

He has been in pastoral ministry for more than 4 decades. He started his Chaplaincy ministry with the Westminster, CA Police Dept. He is now serving with the Pope County Sheriff’s Office.

Mike is the Pastor of Ozone AR Baptist Church. He serves as a C&SM Chaplain to all the local First Responders and the community in general. Mike is the on-call Chaplain in Northern Johnson Co.

Raul is one of our Hispanic Chaplains, which is so important in our area. He is Pastor of a Spanish congregation in Russellville, AR.
